Manzanilla La Gitana

Appearance: Straw yellow with golden tints, clean and bright, dense and glyceric.

Nose: Very aromatic, toasted and marine notes, herbal aromas of chamomile.

Palate: Fresh on entry, nice, dry and saline on the palate, notes of white flowers come through, long, warm finish with slightly bitter notes. Well-structured, with nice body.

Comment: Aged in American oak barrels in the traditional system of criaderas and solera.
