Where can I buy a copy of Selectus Wines magazine?
At the moment the only way to buy a paper copy of Selectus Wines is through a yearly subscription. You can see all subscription options here: https://www.selectuswines.com/en/subscribe
What are the benefits of subscribing?
With a subscription you can look forward to receiving your Selectus Wines magazine through your door every quarter (3 months). If you take advantage of one of our special discount offers a subscription may also save you money as compared with the normal magazine cover price.
Where can I find the content of each magazine?
You can access the table of content of each issue in the Archive section (http://www.selectuswines.com/en/magazine/archive). Click on the cover or “ Info” link to view the contents.
What is included in the price?
Prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes. Any discounts to the normal issue cover price will also be explained. If you pay for your subscription using any non-euro currency the price you pay will be dependant on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.
Is the online payment system secure?
Yes. We use a SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.
Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside Spain?
Yes. As the magazines are despatched from Spain, higher delivery costs may apply for delivery to addresses outside Spain. These costs are included in the subscription price and are calculated in real-time when you select your delivery country.
Will you confirm acceptance of my order?
Yes. We will send you a confirmation after receiving your subscription.This confirmation email will include the following details:
- Subscription type
- Length of subscription
- Your personal details and delivery address for the magazine
- When the first issue will be delivered
- Contact details for our customer services team
Should you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service department.
When will the first issue arrive?
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both Spain and Overseas orders.
Will you renew my subscription automatically when it expires?
We don't renew subscriptions automatically. Instead we will send you an email with a link to a page where you can confirm the renewal of your subscription. We will send you a series of reminder emails starting 1 month before your subscription expires so you don't get any interruptions in the delivery of your magazine.
What happens when my subscription expires?
We don't auto renew your subscriptions but send reminder emails with instructions on how to renew your subscription. If you don't do anything your subscription will automatically stop.
What do you do with my personal information?
We use the personal information you provide (e.g. name, address, email address) to process your subscription order. We take your privacy very seriously and therefore store your details on our secure servers. We will never give this information to third parties.
Do you use "Cookies"?
We store "cookies" (small files transmitted between server software and the browser on your computer) on your computer's hard drive to make your use of the on-line subscription process easier. The personal information you provide (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) is stored on our secure server, not in a cookie.
What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?
Please contact our customer services team. Please remember to notify our customer services team if you change address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions to Selectus Wines expire at the end of the period and are not automatically renewed. If you don't want to renew your subscription simply ignore our automatic reminder emails and you'll subscription will eventually stop. If you want to cancel a subscription before it expires you have to contact us on contact@selectuswines. You are entitled to a refund, which will depend on how many issues you are still to receive.
Can I obtain previously published magazines?
Yes, we're able to send back issues as long as we have enough copies left of that particular issue. If you require back issues of a Selectus Wines magazine, please send us an email to contact@selectuswines with the issue number and the number of copies you would like to receive.
