Manzanilla La Gitana en Rama

This wine is made from Palomino Fino grapes grown in vineyard parcels considered to be the two best in Jerez, Balbiana and Miraflores.  This Manzanilla allows us to explore  the purity of a pared-back Manzanilla, which has gone from the butt to the glass without any treatment before bottling.
