This wine, from the pioneers in the production and marketing of the Albariño grape in Galicia, is the culmination and the ultimate expression of this variety.  This is a wine of great character and in a style that is more mature than fruity.  It has a long-lingering aftertaste and a slight bitterness that gives it great depth.
