Dolç Adrià 2007

This is a sweet red wine made from over-ripe, organically-grown Syrah and Merlot grapes. It is packed with very ripe, dark forest fruit with hints of Mediterranean herbs.  It is great fun on the palate with a balanced play of tannin and sweetness.
